Baran Studio Designed Development Coming to Piedmont Ave.

The latest modern vision of Baran Studio is coming to fruition in Oakland's Piedmont neighborhood. In collaboration with builder Bitzer Banker Development the project located at 4425 Piedmont Ave. is rapidly approaching completion. This project consists of seven separate buildings each of which is three stories tall. The three front buildings will each consist of two residential units along with a ground floor live-work unit. Each of the four buildings in the rear will be a separate townhome.

The sleek and contemporary style of this development remains true to the signature Baran Studio look and brings a much needed fresh, contemporary addition to Piedmont Ave. As for the location, it doesn't get much more convenient than this. I for one am looking forward to previewing these for my clients as soon as possible!
